Children's statement

Most of our customers are families. This page sets out our position on children: who may buy a subscription, what we do not collect, and the controls available to you as a parent.
Subscriptions are for adults
A subscription may only be purchased by someone aged eighteen or over. Children may of course watch on a family subscription, but the account belongs to the adult who bought it and that adult is responsible for how it is used at home.
We do not collect children's information
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of thirteen, and our website is not directed at children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, write to siptview@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.
Parental controls you can use today
Lock categories with a PIN
Every player we recommend — IPTV Smarters, TiviMate, IBO Player and the rest — has a parental-control setting that hides or PIN-locks whole categories. Set it up once, before you hand over the remote.
Ask us to remove adult categories
If you would rather they were not on the line at all, tell us when you order. We can supply your IPTV subscription with adult content excluded from the start, at no extra cost.
Use the device's own controls
Fire TV, Android TV, iOS and every Smart TV platform include screen-time limits and app locks. Combining a device PIN with a player PIN is the arrangement most families are happiest with.
Ratings and responsibility
Channel and on-demand content comes from many broadcasters in many countries, so age ratings are not consistent across a bouquet and we cannot classify every title. Please treat the guide as a starting point rather than a guarantee, and use the controls above for anything you would not watch together.
