This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this website or subscribe to our service, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We ask for as little as possible and we do not sell personal information to anyone.
Information we collect
When you place an order or contact support we collect the details you give us: your name, your email address, your WhatsApp or telephone number, the plan you chose, and — for MAG and similar boxes — the device MAC address required for activation. When you browse the site, our hosting provider records standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you opened.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the reference for that transaction. We never see or store your full card number.
Why we use it
- To activate, renew and support your subscription.
- To answer your messages and provide installation help.
- To detect abuse, credential sharing and fraudulent orders.
- To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.
- With your consent, to send occasional service or offer messages — you can stop these at any time by replying once.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers that make the service work: payment processors, our hosting and server providers, and the messaging platforms we use to reach you. Each receives only what it needs for that purpose. We also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Order and billing records are kept for as long as accounting rules require. Support conversations are kept while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can help if you return. Technical logs are kept for a short period and then discarded.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it once we no longer need it for legal or contractual reasons. You may also withdraw consent for marketing messages at any time. Write to siptview@gmail.com and we will respond within thirty days.
Security
Access to customer records is limited to the people who provide support, and transfers to and from this site are encrypted. No system is perfect: please never send your password to anyone who asks for it outside our official WhatsApp number or email address.
Children
Our service is sold to adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children — see our children's statement for parental controls and family viewing.
